Refund & Cancellation Policy

All event deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to management review. Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

***   Rescheduling and Cancellation Fee
To maintain an accurate booking calendar and ensure fair access to services, Affluent Palais requires clients to honor all scheduled appointments. Clients who excessively cancel or reschedule previously confirmed appointments may be assessed a non-refundable fee of $300.00. This fee covers administrative time, staffing commitments, and the loss of availability for other clients. The fee will be applied at the discretion of Affluent Palais when repeated schedule changes occur.

Venue Use Policy

Clients are responsible for ensuring proper conduct of guests during events. Damage to property, excessive noise, or non-compliance with venue rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of security deposits.

 

Photo & Media Consent Policy

By hosting or attending an event at Affluent Palais Events, you consent to photography and videography for promotional use, unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
